With more than 20 years of experience in engineering and construction management, along with 5 years of hands-on surveying experience, Stephen provides valuable insight on projects ranging from residential property improvements to large-scale commercial developments.
As a degreed Civil Engineer and former Construction Project Manager, Stephen understands the importance of accurate measurements, site planning, and precise layout. His background includes work on bridges, roadways, culverts, septic system design and installation, site development, commercial construction, residential construction, new home builds, and renovation projects. Throughout his career, surveying and construction layout have remained essential components of every successful project.
In addition to his engineering and construction expertise, Stephen proudly served for 15 years in the U.S. Army Reserves and National Guard, bringing a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to every project.
